Back to Safety may handle profile details, emergency contact details, destinations, incidents, and app settings that you enter.

Device Permissions

• Contacts: import emergency contacts
• Camera: capture profile photos
• Photos/Media library: choose profile photos
• SMS: open a prefilled emergency text flow

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. If you send texts or place calls, those actions are handled by your carrier and platform providers.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Data remains on your device until you remove it.
• You can delete data in-app (where available) or by uninstalling the app.

Security

We use platform-provided local storage mechanisms. Protect your device with passcode or biometric lock when possible.
